The Board adopts a plan of rehabilitation for physicians disciplined for narcotic addiction. The Board revokes the license of any physician convicted of narcotic addiction, providing an incentive for the physician to cooperate with his supervisors in a “successful control and cure and thereby obtaining eligibility for restoration of his medical license.”
