All professional corporations are required to file organization papers with the NC Secretary of State. Prior to filing, however, the state requires professional corporations to receive certification from the NC Medical Board that the corporation meets all requirements for such businesses to practice medicine in North Carolina.

1. Articles of Incorporation (one copy)
