• Malpractice/Professional Liability Settlements: Seven years beginning May 1, 2008 (G.S. 90-5.3(c))
• Misdemeanor Convictions: Ten years (G.S. 90-5.2 (a)(11))
• Malpractice/Professional Liability Judgments or Awards: Seven years (retrospective) (G.S. 90-5.3(c)) As of Dec. 1, 2009, the pages displayed judgments and awards that occurred on or after Dec. 1, 2002.

Posting Criteria Established by the Board

• Hospital Suspensions/Revocations: Seven Years
• Felony Convictions: Indefinitely
• Medical/Regulatory Board Actions (NCMB or out-of-state): Indefinitely
• Federal/State Agency Actions (DEA, FDA, Medicare, Medicaid): Seven Years
