NC Public Health officials warn of lung disease after “vaping”

The North Carolina Division of Public Health has issued guidance to assist clinicians with identifying, managing and reporting instances of severe pulmonary disease following use of vape pens. Three such cases have been identified in North Carolina since late July. Similar cases have been reported in other states.

No particular product is associated with lung injury, just recent use of vape pens.
