December 21, 2015, is the year-end deadline for certification and registration of new Professional Corporations and Professional Limited Liability Companies (PLLCs), Articles of Amendment, and applications for Certificates of Authority. All requests for North Carolina Medical Board certification received after 12/21/2015 will be processed in January 2016.

Annual renewal for established corporations and PLLCS is due by 12/31/2015.
