Application deadline for new medical corporations and PLLCs approaching
All Professional Corporation (PC) and Professional Limited Liability Company (PLLC) applications seeking approval by the end of 2025 must be submitted by Friday, December 12.
Any submissions received after that date will not be processed until January 2026.
