Dr. Walker-McGill currently divides her time between her private consultative practice and consulting work developing and implementing strategies for improving access to and quality of respiratory care.

He is also the Director of Trauma, the Surgical Intensive Care Unit and the Surgical Stepdown Unit. He has served in the military since 1988 and is currently a Colonel in the United States Air Force Reserve.

She was in private practice for 17 years prior to joining the VA. Dr. Bolick is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and represents North Carolina on the Assembly of the APA. Dr. Bolick is an active member of the North Carolina Psychiatric Association (NCPA), serving on its Executive Council.

Dr. Walker retired from the U.S. Army with the rank of Colonel in 2006, serving tours in both Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm in Saudi Arabia. Dr. Walker is recognized as an advocate for and leader of the osteopathic medical profession in North Carolina and currently serves as a trustee of both the American Osteopathic Association and of Campbell University.

A former trial lawyer, prosecutor, and county attorney, Judge Walker served as a Guilford County superior court judge and as a judge on the North Carolina Court of Appeals. In addition, he has served as chair of the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission and currently is a member of the Rules Review Commission.

Mr. Arnold currently serves as Senior Advisor for Policy & Government Relations for Secretary of State Elaine Marshall. Additionally, he serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Terry Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University. Prior to that he was Gov. Beverly Perdue's Senior Policy Advisor, a position he also held during Perdue's term as Lt. Governor. Mr. Arnold has also worked as senior research director for the NC Health and Wellness Research Trust Fund, which is one of three entities created by the NC General Assembly to invest North Carolina's portion of the Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement. Mr. Arnold also worked as Director of Public Affairs and Corporate Relations for the nonprofit Alice Aycock Poe Center for Health Education in Raleigh, the state's largest health education center. Prior to his role in healthcare policy, Mr. Arnold served nearly 10 years in administration and on faculty with the UNC University System.
