NCMB offers emergency temporary licensure to support efforts to increase the state’s supply of qualified medical professionals during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Applicants are encouraged to communicate within their communities to identify areas of need. Options might include getting in touch with a former practice/employer or reaching out to the local public health department.
