The Board now posts a chronological listing of all public actions, both disciplinary and non-disciplinary, in its Media Center and About the Board sections. This new feature, called Recent Board Actions, should make it easier to track the Board’s disciplinary work. Before this feature was added to the NCMB website, the only ways to find a complete listing of public actions was to check the most recent Bimonthly Disciplinary Report or to read the most recent Annual Board Actions report for a complete account of the prior year’s public actions.
All public actions are uploaded live to the website in real time (as they are executed by the Board and processed by the Board’s Legal Department) to the individual practitioner’s Licensee Information page on this site. The Board’s Public Affairs staff typically post new actions to Recent Board Actions within 48 hours. Click Recent Board Actions to see the new chronological report. Actions are archived monthly.
If you want to see if a specific licensee has been disciplined, you may always check that practitioner’s page using “Look Up a Licensee.” Once you have called up the page of the licensee you are interested in, click on the Actions tab to see any public actions related to that licensee.
