Print a duplicate renewal certificate

The NC Medical Board is now offering a new service that allows physician and physician assistant licensees to view and print a duplicate copy of their annual renewal certificates. There is no charge for this service.

To print a renewal certificate, go to the License and Renewal section and select “Duplicate Renewal Certificate” from the main menu (it appears in the fourth column). Licensees will need their File ID#, which is sent with the renewal notice, and birthdate to login and print the renewal certificate. If you do not have your File ID# at hand, you may recover it on this site.
