Licensing & Registration Ambassador

The Applicant Ambassador plays a critical role in the support of the Licensing Department and will be responsible for communicating to applicants who have had questions regarding their application process. In addition, this role will serve in support of the CLRO, Registration Coordinator and Corporations Coordinator as needed.

A successful candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, able to work independently, correspond professionally, and adapt to changes. New hires are eligible for our robust benefits package upon their start date. This position may require mandatory overtime during certain times of the year.

Responsibilities:

Communicates positively with applicants in need of assistance.

Supports the Licensing Department by responding to License status updates and less complex questions.

Has a working knowledge of ThoughtSpan licensing platform

Keeps detailed notes regarding correspondence with applicants.

Assist in processing RTL applications as needed.

Occasionally supports the Registration Coordinator and Corporations Coordinator in some day-to-day responsibilities.

From time to time assume basic responsibilities in the absence of the Registration Coordinator and the Corporations Coordinator.

Other duties deemed necessary by the CLRO.

Skills:

Must be detail oriented, able to adapt to frequent work interruptions, handle multiple tasks, prioritize tasks, make independent decisions, demonstrate flexibility and meet deadlines.

Has a working knowledge of ThoughtSpan licensing platform or quick to adapt the knowledge.

Demonstrate the ability to work as a team member within the Licensing Section

Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interface with personnel and applicants at all levels

Proficient with Microsoft office software. Experience with MS Teams a plus.

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or GED required.

2-3 years of administrative experience required.

This position is remote. However, it will require office training and office meeting attendance.
