In March, the American Medical Association released the results of its third survey probing how physicians feel about the use of AI in medicine.

AI has found its way into the workflows of about 80 percent of physicians, according to the survey, with the most significant recent growth occuring in the use of summarization applications. AMA's survey finds that most physicians view the prospect of AI in medicine positively while a significant share (40 percent) remain equally excited about AI's potential to deliver efficiencies and concerned about how it could alter physician-patient relationships.
