The NC Office of Rural Health’s Primary Care Office is seeking input from North Carolina clinicians about the greatest unmet needs, disparities, emerging issues, and workforce challenges in health care today. Respond now to provide your feedback - the survey closes July 1.

Responses are needed from all types of medical professionals across primary care, mental health, and dental health. The information gathered will be used for the 2027 Primary Care Office State Health Needs Assessment Report, which will be submitted to the federal Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
