The North Carolina Clinician and Physician Retention and Wellbeing (NCCPRW) Coalition recently partnered with the wellness company TyneSight on a resource that helps clinicians quickly check in to determine their current level of emotional exhaustion.
The online Wellbeing Connect tool is designed to quickly identify areas of concern and recommend small but impactful strategies to support clinician wellness. The hope is to encourage more clinicians to periodically assess their current state of wellness and take action to strengthen or preserve it, ideally before a crisis situation develops.

NCCPRW brings together North Carolina healthcare systems, physicians and other clinicians, and other stakeholders to work on the shared goal of prioritizing clinician wellness.
